Your trainer knows this road

Alisa has 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology and an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation. Personally, she is a sprint triathlete, an avid mountain biker and skier.

For over thirty years she has implemented programs for beginners, athletes, teens, pregnant and post-pregnant women, the elderly and disabled, as well as those with special needs such as cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, post-accident trauma, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.

Sessions happen in your home, outside, or at certain gyms: one-on-one, couples, and group training.
